Leadership Coach with Braven
Monster.com Making It Count!
As a Leadership Coach with Braven, I guide small groups of college Fellows through the Accelerator Course, serving as a mentor, coach, and community‑builder. I help students clarify their goals, build career‑ready skills, and chart a strong path toward their first job. My role is to create a supportive, high‑expectation environment where Fellows grow in confidence, agency, and professional readiness.
UUNIK Academy
Through interactive workshops, storytelling, and real‑world guidance, I helped students see themselves as leaders—capable, worthy, and full of possibility. My sessions encouraged them to embrace their identity, make values‑driven choices, and develop the resilience needed to navigate challenges and pursue their goals.
As a featured speaker with Monster.com’s Making It Count Program, I toured more than 100 high schools across Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi, delivering high‑impact presentations designed to help students make informed, confident decisions about college, careers, and their financial futures.

Through this program, I empowered thousands of students with practical strategies for goal‑setting, time management, financial literacy, and navigating life after graduation. My role blended motivational speaking with real‑world guidance, helping young people see possibility, build agency, and take ownership of their next steps.

The Making It Count tour strengthened my commitment to educational access and student empowerment — and it remains one of the foundational experiences that shaped my voice as a coach, speaker, and advocate for first‑generation and underserved learners.
Juliet Grace Foundation
As a keynote speaker for The Juliet Grace Foundation, I share my personal journey through motherhood, premature birth, and the NICU with honesty, strength, and deep compassion. My son was born at 23 weeks and spent a year in the hospital, an experience that reshaped my understanding of resilience, faith, and the invisible labor carried by NICU families.
